KNIGHT Liquidity Mining Programme and Early Adopter Rewards Announcement

Today we’re excited to share with the community the roadmap for our governance token, KNIGHT. 40% of KNIGHT token total supply are allocated as liquidity reward and all token holders will be able to earn KNIGHT tokens rewards by participating in our liquidity mining programme.

Our first liquidity mining programme went live today via xToken Terminal.

Liquidity Provider

We are proud to be launching our KNIGHT/WETH liquidity pool on xToken Terminal. The pool is live today and you will be able to participate in the liquidity mining programme to earn KNIGHT tokens. The rewards from providing liquidity will be vested over 8 weeks. Besides earning KNIGHT token rewards, you will also earn the trading fees by providing liquidity.

This will be available on our partner’s site: app.xtokenterminal.io. For the upcoming 2 epochs, we will be distributing 247.5K KNIGHT token per epoch as reward!

KNIGHT/WETH LP

Step 1: Go to xToken Terminal app at https://app.xtokenterminal.io and select the KNIGHT/WETH Pool

Step 2: Click on Deposit and input the amount of KNIGHT token you would like to deposit. The equivalent WETH amount required will be automatically filled in. Confirm the amount from the “You Will Deposit” section.

Step 3: Approve the tokens and confirm the deposit. Important: Please do not close the window until the process is completed.

Step 5: Complete the process and check back for rewards.

Single-sided staking xKNIGHT (coming soon)

We are also working on a single-sided staking pool so that you can stake the KNIGHT tokens to receive xKNIGHT tokens. The KNIGHT tokens will be locked and you will receive an equivalent amount of xKNIGHT. The staking programme aims to reward long-term supporter of our project.

This will be available on app.citadao.io starting next week. We will be announcing the launch and further details on Discord.

Step 3: Confirm the staking and receive xKNIGHT

The total reward for both the staking programme will be adjusted every epoch depending on the amount of KNIGHT tokens staked and we will announce this on Discord.

Bonus Rewards
We would like to thank our early community members who supported the TGE and swapped KNIGHT tokens on Uniswap. This is why we are announcing a one-time 10x multiplier airdrop to all existing KNIGHT token holders who swapped KNIGHT tokens FROM the Uniswap pool. The token holder snapshot was taken on the last day of the Genesis IRO. Here’s a list of eligible addresses: KNIGHT Token Holder Snapshot

In order to unlock these bonus tokens, the eligible KNIGHT token holders will be required to deposit their KNIGHT token in the KNIGHT/WETH via xToken Terminal from 1 April 2022, 00:00 UTC till 31 May 2022 00:00 UTC. The 10x airdrop will be vested linearly over 12 weeks. The amount will be prorated based on the number of tokens and duration deposited into the KNIGHT/WETH pool. To unlock the full 10x amount, you will need to deposit the full amount of tokens as captured by the snapshot for the entire 2 months via xToken Terminal. Only the KNIGHT tokens captured by the snapshot of token holders (list above) will be eligible for this 10x early supporter bonus. If you deposit more KNIGHT tokens than what is captured in the snapshot, the excess Knight tokens will NOT be eligible for the 10x reward.

Upcoming roadmap — veKNIGHT

We are also considering creating Voting-escrow KNIGHT (veKNIGHT), which would be based on the powerful lock and boost reward models implemented and made popular by Curve Finance. Users that lock veKNIGHT would be entitled to a rewards Boost. This boost is designed to be beneficial for positions of all sizes and allow long-term supporters to earn more of the protocol tokens.
