We are excited to announce the first CitaDAO Grant of US$15,000 to PropMarketCap (PMC).
Over the last two weeks, we received seven proposals and decided to award the grant to the PMC team. We are thrilled to be able to support their mission to aggregate data for the real estate universe on-chain.
PMC will gather important metrics such as valuations, market cap, and trade volume for all real estate on-chain. The team will leverage a hybrid of off-chain and on-chain independent sources such as monthly valuation from licensed valuation houses and decentralized exchanges to feed the data on-chain via an API. In addition, PMC will use an algorithm to rank and aggregate all real estate metrics over time.
We believe PMC will deliver data to the CitaDAO community that will facilitate the accurate valuation of real estate on-chain. The trading metrics provided by PMC will also increase the transparency of the real estate universe on-chain.
For these reasons, we are excited to award the grant to the PropMarketCap team. We look forward to more CitaDAO community proposals that will strengthen the DeFi real estate ecosystem on-chain.
